The display will show you how many minutes until your desired temperature is reached. Tap the touch bar to bring up the menu. Swipe up or down to select an option. Tap the touch bar again to confirm your selection.

Fire Pit Rules:

  1. Never leave the fire unattended: Always have a responsible adult watching the fire, especially with children around.

  2. Keep children and pets safe: Keep them at least 3 feet away from the fire pit.

  3. Burn only firewood: Use only approved materials for burning.

  4. Contain the fire: Ensure the fire stays within the designated area.

  5. Be mindful of wind: Avoid lighting a fire on windy days to prevent accidents.

Extinguishing the Fire:

  • Drown the fire: Pour water over the embers until they're cool to the touch.

  • Handle ashes safely: Ashes can remain hot for a long time; wait until they're completely cool before disposal.

Hot Tub and Pool Rules:

  • Keep the hot tub lid closed when not in use.

  • If the jets are on, the heater is off; adjust using the control knob inside.

  • No food or glass containers in the spa.

  • Rinse off lotions, oils, or spray tan before entering.

  • Don't add anything to the water or sit on the hot tub cover.

  • Additional maintenance fees may apply for neglect or disruptive behavior.

  • Use the spa and pool responsibly; we are not liable for accidents.

Outdoor Common Grounds:

  • Enjoy outdoor games provided at no extra charge, located in the red outhouse by the shop:

    • Tether Ball

    • Horseshoes

    • Coroaquet (similar to croquet)

    • Gunny Sack Races

    • Hammock swings are also available.

  • Please use these amenities responsibly and return them to their original condition.

Additional Information:

  • Kayaks: Available for rent for an additional fee; not included in the rental cost.

Check-Out and Late Check-Out: Our standard check-out time is 12 pm. If you need to check out later, please ask your host in advance. We apply a fee of $50 plus $1 per minute for unexpected late check-outs to ensure smooth transitions for our guests and cleaning crew.

Cleanliness and Additional Fees: Please help us maintain cleanliness by avoiding excessive trash and leaving the property in good condition. A cleaning charge may be deducted from your deposit if the house requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess.

House Rules:

  1. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am.

  2. Please avoid flushing "flushable" wipes as they can clog drains.

  3. Security cameras are in place for safety and are not in hot tub areas.

Fees and Responsibilities: Please note our fees for late check-outs, damage, and violation of house rules. We are here to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to comply with our operating licenses.

Guest Responsibility: We trust our guests to treat our home respectfully. Violation of rules may result in fines and cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to enforce these rules for the safety and comfort of all guests and neighbors.
