Parking Instructions:
Please note our parking guidelines due to shared driveway space:
Park inside the garage.
Use the two spaces at the end of the driveway facing the fence.
Utilize parking in the alley opposite the fence.

Trash: If you're staying with us on a Monday night and notice the trash bins are full, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could place them by the curb. This helps us avoid an unexpected visit from a manager in the morning, allowing us to respect everyone's space. Thanks for your help!
Each downstairs bedroom has an escape step below the window in the event of an emergency. The breaker box is located in the garage. Please contact the host in the event of a power surge. Wifi router is located in the living room closet.
Staying Weather Aware While you Visit Oklahoma:
In the event of a tornado, seek shelter on the lowest level of the home, ideally in a basement or on the first floor. Choose an interior room without windows, such as a bathroom, closet, or hallway, and put as many walls between yourself and the outside as possible. Avoid large open spaces like living rooms or garages, as they offer less protection. Wear a jacket and sturdy shoes, as debris may cover the ground after the storm, and conditions will likely be wet and cold. Most importantly, stay away from windows and doors to reduce the risk of injury from flying glass.

Check Out Requests
Stain pretreat has been provided to avoid linen damage costs because we know accidents happen
Please place used towels in the shower ( starting a load would be great too)
Please pull back linens on used beds
Leave any sofa bed or futon open with linens still out
Please put back the toys and games where they were found
Please remove trash and place in the city poly carts; they can be found near the parking area
Please wash dishes or start dishwasher
Check for belongings- We can not ship forgotton items

Rules
Check-Out and Late Check-Out:
Please check out by 10 am. Late checkouts will incur a fee of $50 plus $1 per minute unless arranged in advance with your host and fits our cleaners' schedule.
Cleanliness and Additional Fees:
Please help us maintain cleanliness. Excessive trash left at the property will be subject to an additional fee. An additional cleaning charge will be deducted from your deposit and (or a claim will be filed for the additional fees) after your departure if the house is left excessively dirty (such as unwashed dishes, urine, stains, or excessive hair on the furniture or carpet, cigarette butts found on the property, stained linens or furniture, furniture rearranged, etc.).

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please respect our neighbors.
Please do not flush "flushable" wipes; they clog drains.
Enjoy neighborhood amenities responsibly and follow posted rules.
Security cameras are for safety and liability purposes.
We reserve the right to inspect the property as needed.
Prohibited Activities:
No smoking or vaping inside or near the home.
No illegal activities or professional photography/filming.
Do not move furniture or decor without permission.
No pets allowed; a fee of $500 applies.
Additional Fees:
We can ship forgotten items via FedEx Ground for your cost plus a $45 handling fee.
Guests are responsible for any revenue loss due to rule violations.
Fees apply for late checkouts and odor remediations.
Guests and Damages:
Please ensure all guests are listed on your reservation. Damages or rule violations may result in fines up to $500 and immediate reservation cancellation without refund.

We trust our guests to treat our home with respect. Please ask if you have any questions about our rules or need clarification. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Reservation of Rights:
For safety and respect for all guests, we reserve the right to enforce these rules as necessary.
Pets: No Undisclosed Pets: If you bring a pet into our home, an additional fee of $500 will be assessed. You will also be responsible for any damages and/or additional cleaning needed. Pets are not allowed.
No Additional Overnight Guests: NOTE: We aren't trying to be mean with these rules. They are in place to ensure compliance with our licenses and insurance. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding! Please be sure that all guests, including children, are reflected in your reservation, even if they are not staying for the entirety of your reservation. If you don't let us know about new guests, you will be charged an unexpected overnight guest fee of $50/guest per night. And please remember we may never exceed 8 additional guests sleeping in the house. Under Airbnb's terms of service, guests beyond the number listed on the reservation are not permitted at any time. Unauthorized guests may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional fees.
Daytime Guests: We would appreciate knowing if you plan to have daytime visitors as well (leaving before 9pm). Please limit your visitors to no more than 1. A violation of these rules may result in the removal of guests without refund. We may monitor the number of guests that enter the property relative to the reservation and notify you if there is a discrepancy.
Again, ensuring these rules are followed is critically important to our operating license and insurance. Please just message us if your plans have changed so we may update the reservation accordingly or discuss other options. Thank you!
