Check-Out and Late Check-Out:Our check-out time is 11 am. If you need a later check-out, please ask your host in advance. We are happy to accommodate if it aligns with our cleaning schedule. A fee of $50 plus $1 per minute applies for unexpected late check-outs.

Cleanliness and Additional Fees:Please help us maintain cleanliness. An additional cleaning charge may be deducted from your deposit if the house is left excessively dirty (e.g., unwashed dishes, stains, excessive trash).

House Rules:

1. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

2. Please avoid flushing "flushable" wipes as they can clog drains.

3. Enjoy our neighborhood amenities responsibly, respecting posted rules.

4. Security cameras are for safety and insurance purposes.

5. The garage and community pool are not accessible for guests.

Prohibited Activities:

1. No smoking or vaping inside or near the home.

2. No illegal activities or professional photography/filming.

3. Please do not move furniture or decor.

Pets and Additional Guests:Pets are not allowed. Additional overnight guests must be disclosed and may incur extra fees.
